🛍️ Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly — contact us at M2ktrends@outlook.com immediately if you need to make changes. We can only modify or cancel orders before they are dispatched.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
📦 Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Europe & Africa: 7–15 business days
- Asia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Is free shipping available?
Yes! Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (Canada) and $60 USD (USA).
Why does my order show two shipments?
Some products ship directly from our supplier warehouses in the USA or France. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — this is completely normal.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at 17track.net. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Contact us at M2ktrends@outlook.com to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I return a wig?
Wigs and hairpieces can be returned only if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed wigs cannot be returned.
Can I return sale items?
Items purchased at a promotional or Compare at price are eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy. Only items explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.

Are your wigs made from real human hair?
Yes — our lace front wigs are made from 100% Brazilian Remy human hair and can be styled, permed, and heat-treated just like natural hair.
What sizes do your clothes come in?
Sizing varies by product. Please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Are your electronics brand new?
Yes — all electronics sold on M2K Trends are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Do you offer product bundles?
Yes! Check out our Bundles section for curated product combinations at special prices.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other major payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your credit card information.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout depending on your location and order value.
