Return & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY Last updated: May 1, 2026
Our Return Window We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at M2ktrends@outlook.com to initiate a return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: M2K Trends will cover return shipping costs in full.
- Change of mind or other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
- International returns: Customers outside Canada are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees associated with the return.
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned in a condition that differs from how they were sent — including items with missing tags, signs of use, or incomplete original packaging.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at M2ktrends@outlook.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, washed, or had the tags removed (for hygiene reasons — unworn items in original packaging are eligible)
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Sale Items Items purchased at a Compare at price (i.e., items on promotional discount) are eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy. Only items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
